Halloween 2011 was fan-fucking-tastic.  And, the cherry on top was getting to perform Michael Jackson’s  THRILLER in front of a huge, raucous crowd of ghoulish guys and gals.

My dear friend and co-conspiritor Sean Lennon arranged the song and played bass along with:

This concert was fabulous, even if it meant I got no sleep the next two nights, Joseph Gordon-Levitt is just the best for putting on a show like this, and I will hopefully be posting about it later tonight!

Then and Now: Halloween Edition

Thursday before Halloweekend, freshman year: Despite our misgivings, my friends and I followed a promoter leading a group of NYU kiddies to a Halloween-themed warehouse party in Brooklyn. Not sure if he went here, but I am sure he was slightly shady, and I remember trying to memorize how we were getting there so I could get myself home. I made some questionable decisions that night, lead a group of drunk costumed people down the convoluted path to the subway, was part of an inordinately loud/large group of loud-people-you-hate on the train and had a fantastic time.
